Great people with great service.
A few weeks ago, our AC went out in the middle of everything, and thankfully we were connected with All American Refrigeration Heating & Cooling. We had the pleasure of meeting four different team members throughout the process, and every single one of them was kind, respectful, professional, and genuinely caring. They came out last Friday and installed our new unit, and I especially want to give a HUGE shoutout to Michael Thompson for going above and beyond. The new AC works AMAZING, and our home finally feels comfortable again. It’s hard to find companies these days that not only do great work but also treat people with kindness and respect through the whole process. We are beyond grateful. No one better as far as Harpos Das Butcher Haus and farm are concerned!! Great God loving company!! I have used them as my primary refrigeration company for the past 8 years. They never once made us feel un important or to small to make us a priority. It doesn’t matter what problem we have big or small they always get right on us!! Thank you guys so much! I had to call them out twice for an issue. Both times they called back immediately and arrived fast. Their techs were honest and direct with us without trying to sell stuff we needed. Heavily recommend this team.
Very professional company. They stayed in contact with me until it was my appointment time. They were truthful with me about what needed to be done, and didn’t try to RIP me off. So, I would suggest anyone to use all American for their HVAC needs.
