Have had All American Refrigeration for a heat and AC install in my house and a repair on a rental. They do great work, know their stuff, and it’s never a “when we get around to you” type of situation (which seems to be a common issue with other HVAC businesses in town). They take the time to answer any questions and stick around to make sure their diagnosis was correct. So thankful that they are hard working professionals!

Our Central Unit went out on June 29th, during this incredible heat wave. We called All American Refrigeration, HVAC on June 30th…they came straight out and gave us an estimate on the cost to replace our unit because it was now dead. On July 2, I called to schedule a time for them to come in and replace our unit.On July 3rd, they were here and completed the installation within just a few hours. Being an elderly couple, this heat wave and lack of air conditioning was causing intense health issues for us. The servicemen were polite, pleasant and a joy to have come out to the house. They provided our unit as a “rush” because of our age and health issues…even though; this required someone to drive to Springfield, MO to pick up one of the parts we needed. This will be the only company that I will ever call for service of these types again and I highly recommend them to anyone who wishes to receive high quality and personable service; when your life requires this type of intervention. Our home was cool by sundown…..my husband is a Veteran and also took several of the serviceman’s cards to give to our friends and other members within the various Veteran Organizations he is involved with. We are so grateful for how this company remembered that we are not just customers but people also! Thank you so much!

No one better as far as Harpos Das Butcher Haus and farm are concerned!! Great God loving company!! I have used them as my primary refrigeration company for the past 8 years. They never once made us feel un important or to small to make us a priority. It doesn’t matter what problem we have big or small they always get right on us!! Thank you guys so much! Highly Recommend All American! They were upfront, fast, did what they said they would, and charged what they said they would charge. Will definitely call Steve when we need services in this area again.

This company is fantastic, we called them during a very hot spell (in July)to check our church air not only were they there the next day but what a surprise we got. They sent out the most professional , Knowledgeable, respectful young man. Besides I’ve called the office several times about stuff and every lady I spoke to was wonderful. If you need heating and cooling work you won’t b sorry they are the BEST!

When we bought our house last year. We had all American come out and fix our heat. It’s a very old system on it’s last leg but they worked their magic and got it running. It was much cheaper than we thought it would be. Then, this year our main breaker would trip when the heat was on. Not exactly an HVAC problem, but we weren’t sure so we called all American and they came out the very next morning. Again, major problem, they worked their magic. They sent Markus out and he was very knowledgeable also with customer service on point. Our system is very old (about twenty years or so), but when it finally goes out we will definitely be calling all American for a new one. They also offer financing. I would highly recommend this company.
