All American installed a mini split system when I built my house in 2019. I had a problem with it last month & they responded quickly & resolved the problem at very reasonable cost. The staff is friendly & helpful!

Phil and the guys did an outstanding job of zoning our HVAC system. When building the home, the previous owner didn’t dress out the 1400 square foot basement initially, but did so later, so six additional ducts and vents were added to the system for the basement. When All American added an additional trunk and rerouted numerous ducts, several obstacles had to be overcome, as major changes needed to be administered when supplying the 3 zones. Even though the project took several hours longer and required additional materials than originally anticipated, we were still charged the amount of the original quote. Now we can simply pick up our cell phones and adjust the temperature of our main floor, our master suite, and our basement, as Phil configured the three thermostats to be controlled through an app! It is a pleasure this day and time to work with people of integrity. We would highly recommend Phil and his crew at All American Refrigeration for all of your HVAC needs!

Very professional company. They stayed in contact with me until it was my appointment time. They were truthful with me about what needed to be done, and didn’t try to RIP me off. So, I would suggest anyone to use all American for their HVAC needs.

Our Central Unit went out on June 29th, during this incredible heat wave. We called All American Refrigeration, HVAC on June 30th…they came straight out and gave us an estimate on the cost to replace our unit because it was now dead. On July 2, I called to schedule a time for them to come in and replace our unit.On July 3rd, they were here and completed the installation within just a few hours. Being an elderly couple, this heat wave and lack of air conditioning was causing intense health issues for us. The servicemen were polite, pleasant and a joy to have come out to the house. They provided our unit as a “rush” because of our age and health issues…even though; this required someone to drive to Springfield, MO to pick up one of the parts we needed. This will be the only company that I will ever call for service of these types again and I highly recommend them to anyone who wishes to receive high quality and personable service; when your life requires this type of intervention. Our home was cool by sundown…..my husband is a Veteran and also took several of the serviceman’s cards to give to our friends and other members within the various Veteran Organizations he is involved with. We are so grateful for how this company remembered that we are not just customers but people also! Thank you so much!
